It is always interesting to me how politicians will use any situation to their advantage, good bad or ugly but, there is always a twist for them to benefit from. One thing for sure, it should never be at the expense of the people’s health and life.
What everyone should talk about is health; but, how can we help our nation to stay healthy & happy?
HEALTH IS EVERYTHING!
Health should be our number one concern in everybody’s mind especially when we are facing such a dangerous virus today.
WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD IF YOU ARE SICK AND ON THE VERGE Of DYING?
We must keep our body and mind strong and healthy. 
I want to tell you about my morning ritual which is very important to me. It keeps me going!
I make a smoothie with glass of apple juice or mango, my favorite, half a banana and add 2 scoops of Vitamyr’s Maca (or two teaspoons).
Maca is great; it also called Peruvian Ginseng. 
Maca improves the level of sexual desire and energy, increases endurance, rejuvenates endocrine system, and promotes hormonal balance and a lot more.
I blend it in a blender. With my smoothie, I take all my morning vitamin supplements and I am good to go for the day!
